We publish an assessment. We do not run a help desk, and we would rather say so than leave you waiting on a reply that is not coming.
If your internet or your website is broken
Please do not write to us, because we cannot see your connection and we have nothing useful to tell you. The status page belonging to your own provider is the right place, and our guidance has the short list of things worth checking first.
Press and correspondence
Journalists, researchers, and anyone who thinks our current assessment is wrong can write to press@istheinternetonfire.org. Evidence that the level should move gets read first and acted on fastest.
What a useful correction looks like
Tell us what is failing, roughly how many people it reaches, and where you saw it reported. Two independent sources will move the number faster than any amount of certainty from one.
Commercial enquiries
There is nothing for sale here and no advertising space, so there is nothing to discuss. We do not accept sponsorship, guest posts, link placements, or partnerships, and messages offering them are deleted unread.
